Kylie is an accounting and finance major from Centerville, Ohio. She joined Women in Business during the spring semester of her freshman year and served as a peer mentor for two semesters. Through WIB, she has been able to expand her network and develop her professional skills. Her favorite part has been connecting with other members and growing in those friendships. Kylie is excited to give back to this organization and work with the executive team this year. She is looking forward to continuing her growth in leadership!

Fiona is a double major in Marketing and Management from Cleveland, Ohio. She joined Women in Business during her first semester of freshman year, and her favorite part of the organization is the opportunity to grow her network through the connections she has made. WIB has helped her develop professionally by listening to and engaging with various speakers, applying this knowledge to better prepare her for her future career. This year, Fiona is especially excited to lead both new and recurring service opportunities with fellow members to support the Dayton community.

Hi, my name is Alyson! I’m a Communication major with a concentration in Public Relations and a minor in marketing. I joined Women in Business during the fall of my sophomore year and currently serve as the Professional Director, where I organize fun and engaging events that help members build valuable professional experience. My favorite part about WIB is the supportive community and how we are pushing each other to be the best we can be. This organization has helped me grow in many ways, especially by gaining confidence in professional settings. I’m excited to see all that’s ahead for the rest of the year!
