President
Lindsey Darr
Lindsey is an accounting major from Toledo, Ohio. She joined Women In Business during the spring semester of her freshman year and served as Fundraising Director last year. WIB has helped her become a more confident leader and pushed her to step outside her comfort zone. It also encouraged her to explore opportunities that contributed to her professional growth. This year, Lindsey is most excited to work with the amazing group of women who serve on the executive and leadership board. She looks forward to guiding them and watching them grow from the experience.

Vice President of Membership
Carly Ratchuk
Carly is a junior finance major from Buffalo, New York, and has been part of WIB since her first semester in 2023. This is her first year in an executive role, and she’s excited to give back to an organization that has given her so much. Carly’s favorite part of WIB has been the friendships she formed during the New Member process, which helped her connect with other business majors and branch out as a freshman. She's happy to say that she still has these friends today! Carly also enjoys the service events and the chance to give back to the Dayton community. WIB has helped Carly grow professionally, through resume building, LinkedIn, and other skills she continues to use in interviews and jobs. This year, she looks forward to creating a great experience for both current members and incoming New Members in her position as VPM.

Vice President of Outreach
Lindsay Homan
Lindsay is an Operations and Supply Chain major from Centerville, Ohio. She joined Women in Business during the fall semester of her freshman year and served as Engagement Director last year. This year, she is serving as Vice President of Outreach. Lindsay’s favorite thing about being in Women in Business is the strong, close-knit community that shares the same passions and interests. WIB has helped her grow both personally and professionally by further developing her leadership skills and networking abilities. This year, she is looking forward to collaborating with the other women on the executive and leadership board as well as expanding alumni connections. She’s excited to create new opportunities for members to learn from and engage with successful women in the business world!

Vice President of Operations
Kylie Jackson
Kylie is an accounting and finance major from Centerville, Ohio. She joined Women in Business during the spring semester of her freshman year and served as a peer mentor for two semesters. Through WIB, she has been able to expand her network and develop her professional skills. Her favorite part has been connecting with other members and growing in those friendships. Kylie is excited to give back to this organization and work with the executive team this year. She is looking forward to continuing her growth in leadership!

Vice President of Marketing
Molly Sullivan
Molly is a junior marketing major with minors in insight selling and management. She is from Glenview, IL, and she joined Women in Business during the fall semester of her sophomore year. This is Molly’s first time holding a position within the organization, and she has already learned so much. Overseeing the Marketing team has strengthened her communication, teamwork, and organizational skills. Her professional confidence has grown immensely in this role and holding a position has been her favorite part of Women in Business so far. Molly looks forward to further developing the organization’s social media platforms and hopes to create a lasting, positive impact for future members.

Vice President of Finance
Grace Gallagher
Grace is an accounting major from Rochester, New York. She joined Women in Business during her sophomore year and now serves as Vice President of Finance for the 2025–2026 academic year. Her favorite part of WIB is the supportive community of women who inspire each other to grow both personally and professionally through the organization’s professional, service, and social events. Through WIB, she has gained the confidence to take on leadership responsibilities and strengthen her skills in collaboration and resource management. This year, Grace is most excited to oversee the organization’s budget and support initiatives and events that will make a lasting impact on members.
