Vice President of Finance
Grace Gallagher
Grace is an accounting major from Rochester, New York. She joined Women in Business during her sophomore year and now serves as Vice President of Finance for the 2025–2026 academic year. Her favorite part of WIB is the supportive community of women who inspire each other to grow both personally and professionally through the organization’s professional, service, and social events. Through WIB, she has gained the confidence to take on leadership responsibilities and strengthen her skills in collaboration and resource management. This year, Grace is most excited to oversee the organization’s budget and support initiatives and events that will make a lasting impact on members.

Olivia Mabe
Olivia is an early childhood education major from Rochester, New York. She joined Women in Business during the spring semester of her sophomore year and has loved being part of the organization ever since. While her major is not directly connected to business, WIB has provided her with valuable skills that will benefit her in any career path. It has helped her build confidence, strengthen her leadership abilities, and connect with inspiring women from a variety of fields. Her favorite part about being in Women in Business is the uplifting community that encourages her to grow and step outside her comfort zone. This year, Olivia is most excited to get to know more members, build meaningful connections, and work alongside her fellow executive members to create a positive and welcoming experience for everyone in WIB.

Delaney DeMore
Delaney is a finance major from Pittsburgh, PA. She joined Women in Business during the fall semester of her freshman year and is serving as the social chair this year. WIB has been a huge part of her college experience, helping her feel more confident in such a male-dominated industry and empowering her to grow as a leader. It has also encouraged her to step outside of her comfort zone and take advantage of opportunities that have shaped her both personally and professionally. This year, Delaney is most excited to welcome new members into the organization, and help them feel the same sense of support and community that WIB has given her.
