Katie is a marketing and business economics double major from Commerce Township, Michigan. She joined Women in Business during the fall semester of her Sophomore year. This is her first time holding an executive position for this organization and she is super excited for the ability to be a part of the marketing team. Katie’s favorite part about Women in Business has been the ability to create new connections and grow both personally and professionally. WIB has helped her to develop a deeper understanding of the business world and what is needed to succeed. It has also cultivated a new-found confidence within her. This year, Katie is looking forward to further developing her marketing skills through managing the Women and Business  LinkedIn and website. She is also excited to meet the new members and continue forming meaningful connections across campus.
