Molly is a junior marketing major with minors in insight selling and management. She is from Glenview, IL, and she joined Women in Business during the fall semester of her sophomore year. This is Molly’s first time holding a position within the organization, and she has already learned so much. Overseeing the Marketing team has strengthened her communication, teamwork, and organizational skills. Her professional confidence has grown immensely in this role and holding a position has been her favorite part of Women in Business so far. Molly looks forward to further developing the organization’s social media platforms and hopes to create a lasting, positive impact for future members.  

Katie is a marketing and business economics double major from Commerce Township, Michigan. She joined Women in Business during the fall semester of her Sophomore year. This is her first time holding an executive position for this organization and she is super excited for the ability to be a part of the marketing team. Katie’s favorite part about Women in Business has been the ability to create new connections and grow both personally and professionally. WIB has helped her to develop a deeper understanding of the business world and what is needed to succeed. It has also cultivated a new-found confidence within her. This year, Katie is looking forward to further developing her marketing skills through managing the Women and Business  LinkedIn and website. She is also excited to meet the new members and continue forming meaningful connections across campus.

Colette is a sophomore communication and marketing student from Chicago IL. She joined Women in Business her first semester freshman year and currently serves on the marketing team creating graphics. WIB has taught her so many valuable lessons like how to create a network of people for her professional goals. She has loved getting to know the other women on the executive team and cannot wait to welcome new faces to WIB!
